The Anchovy pen is a lip-less sinking minnow, with a presistant stable hydroflow that can be used with confidence in a variety of situations with an incredible cast ability. It is very stable during the swim and easy to find the right action for it which makes it great for shore and off-shore fishing. It swims with an easy wobbling action during slow retrieval and when given a light jerk it darts quickly like a dying fish. It’s also very stable during fast retrieval and it is designed to break the water surface when jerked erratically.
